Dan Kubik joins Rain Engineering with a dynamic background that includes significant achievements in both the private and public sectors. His most recent position was as an Enterprise Account Executive at GE Vernova, where he surpassed sales targets and spearheaded innovative sales processes. Dan has a proven track record of success, demonstrated by his ability to consistently exceed quotas and foster enduring relationships with enterprise clients such as Procter & Gamble, 3M, Pfizer, Givaudan, and Corning.

Dan’s career highlights include:

• Leading the global ERP and MES upgrade strategy for Phoenix Aromas & Essential Oils, LLC as Chief Technology Officer.
• Driving significant revenue growth and new business development for Mareana, Inc. as Sales Director.
• Achieving pioneering milestones in the sales of MES SaaS deals at GE Digital Manufacturing.
• Successfully managing large-scale sales and engineering projects for CHL Systems and iniTECH, LLC, including automation and robotics for manufacturing and assembly processes.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He also has a distinguished military background, having served as a Staff Sergeant in the NJ Army National Guard, where he earned several awards and medals for his service and leadership.
